As we approach our 3rd community dinner it just makes sense that Chef Michael Napolitano will lead us through a journey of cuisine. He is the owner and Chef of Renaissaince Catering and has had much success throughout his career. Renaissaince has
been a great partner with Project Dinner Table helping us with logistics and equipment, so as part of the family it’s time we serve it up PDT style and let him feed us some local goodness. He graduated at the top of his class from the American Culinary Institute in New York. He is big on supporting local food, sustainability and he even has his own rooftop garden.
